		<description>I still have a very small gap which is visible at 100% magnification which I think is down to the cycling time of the shutter/mirror. I am planning to play with longer exposures typically 1-5 minutes using dark frames instead of NR to reduce the number of the gaps.</description>

It looks like you were able to remove all the gaps. Which method did you use to do this? I&#039;ve looked at the links you mention but there are various methods described, from Photoshop blending algorithms to rotating the photo over itself to fill the gaps.
